Hello amazing yogi friends! Can you believe we're almost halfway through 2015? We have decided to host a challenge to celebrate the first half of the year. The theme is INDEPENDENCE and we want you to #celebrateyourasanaoff! ❤️💙❤️💙❤️💙❤️💙❤️💙

We want to see your progress in your yoga practice from dependence on props, walls, and friends, to independence! We can't wait to see your accomplishments and share them with the instayogi community! The challenge will be a quick 7 days ending on July 4th! Here is the schedule:
