KidFIT

KidFIT is a combination of Yoga and bootcamp-style games.  This program shows kids that exercise can be fun! It’s also tough – an exciting 55-minute, nonstop workout for kids of all ages. In this class, we teach proper form and moves though yoga, cardio, gymnastics, core strengthening, plyometrics and mindfulness. 

KidFIT Workouts may include anything and everything listed below:
