What are your goals?

Fitness is a huge part of my life and I am always working on new goals.  Working out at a traditional gym never provided the motivation and support I need to stay on target. I get bored being on a treadmill or elliptical.  I like my fitness to be fun!

I have two sons and my body changed after each one. It is hard to find time and energy to take care of myself but I do it for them.  Shortly after having my second son I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes.  Diabetes runs in my family, it is how my father passed away.  I didn't want to be tied to daily pills so I decided to take action and update my fitness and nutrition.  

In 2014 I injured my knee training for a half marathon and the recovery only allowed me to focus on yoga.  By submerging myself 100% into yoga I fell in love and wanted to share this passion with the world teaching the benefits not only from a stress management standpoint but to athletes to better improve their mobility.

I currently teach 15 classes a week ranging from Yin to Power.  I love teaching at various studios, each place is different and allows me to help a different type of athlete/individual find their fitness.  

Because I love high intensity classes, I incorporate that into my power yoga sequences.  In my classes you will find a power flow filled with balancing postures and strength building sequences.

I own my own business "Foursee Apparel", and teach yoga.  Finding the right nutrition has always been a struggle.  It is hard to prepare your food and when you don't you pay the price by not eating the most healthy pre-packaged foods.  I have tried a lot of different "diets" and visited with many different nutritionists trying to find out what worked with my body.
