On June 3rd Yoga Pod Littleton hosted a fun event with our neighbor Cyclebar. The event included a free Cyclebar Class and a Free Yin class. I taught the first Yin class and the energy was so amazing. 40 exhausted yogis enjoyed an hour long yin class and left with a bag full of goodies including a massage ball from my good friends at Pogamat.
