A few months ago I started managing the Kindness Stanley Marketplace studio. The Stanley Marketplace was new to me me and it was exciting to see all the cool stores and restaurants. One of the first places to catch my eye (not only because it is practically next-door to Kindness) is Create Cooking School. Every day I would walk by and peek in to see what was going on and to try to figure out all the wonderful smells! Create offers a quick lunch open cooking on Thursdays and Fridays and I am so lucky I got to attend one with my fellow Studio Managers one day. It was fun and delicious and I wanted more. The Create crew are so warm and welcoming we quickly created a plan on how we could partner up and offer a yoga and cooking class. Just like that Stretch, Meditate, & Create was born! Our first partnership with Create will be on Sunday, July 28th! Hope you are able to come experience what I have, oh and a little yoga too :) Here are the glorious details:

It's time to take out your stretchy pants (seriously!) for our first yoga & cook event with Create Cooking School and Kindness Yoga. Start your week off right with an appetite inducing Vinyasa class for all skill levels and then cook some savory and sweet dishes with Create while enjoying a deliciously perfected Sangria.

Please note a 15 minute intermission has been allotted for guests to freshen up, if desired, but if not, please come join Create before the cooking begins!
