Join Kindness Park Meadows Studio Manager Christina Pischel at Aveda Park Meadows for a free 30 minute all-levels stress relieving meditation class. During this class you will use pranayama (breathing techniques) meditation, and aromatherapy (optional) to release any built up stress. After this class you will feel relaxed and focused. You will also have learned tricks to incorporate these techniques the next time you need to mellow-out.
