Holistic Wellness with Christina Pischel
Christina Pischel is a Level 3 Reiki Healer, E‑RYT® 500 yoga instructor, Certified Yoga Breath Coach®, Yoga Trapeze® Teacher, and certified MELT Hand & Foot Instructor based in Placitas, NM. With over 900 hours of training and more than a decade of teaching experience, she helps people heal their bodies, build strength, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with balance through yoga, breathwork, Reiki, and creative expression. She is CPR certified and a YACEP® continuing education provider.
